Hey David,
I went to the site for updating the filmware for D90. I must be a complete boob, because when I go into the D90 under tool area and I see the firmware version button and click on it and it takes me to the next screen which as the a,b and L which on the instructions states click the L which shows on the screen I cannot seem to get it to go to the any of the letters or scroll to any of the letters at all.I hit the up arrow and the down arrow and all it does is go back to the previous screen of firmware...I'm lost already and haven't even gotten out of the gate.....LOL.

I also really do not understand what firmware is, what do I need it for? What does it do? Do I really need it?
